March 8th, 2010Underground Hypnosis has developed a particularly cloudy rep, but as with similar approaches to conversational hypnosis it can produce worthwhile results. Used to help treat emotional, physical, and mental complaints to say nothing of an effective means of communication, this type of “mind control” works within an individual’s subconscious to make them do what you’re looking for. You can use this to do something like watching a particular television episode or some light-hearted fun to battling depression and surmounting diverse addictions. In the hands of seasoned practitioners, there’s no real danger.
Black ops hypnosis such as the form being taught in Underground Hypnosis boils down to inducing trance in someone. How deeply the subject enters the trance is governed by elements including their hypnotist’s ability, personality, and emotional status. Unconsciously, as you fall into a light trance, your minor muscles will “untense”. An urge to drift off to sleep comes to the fore at this point, and further muscles untensing may cause the eyes to gradually droop shut. As the hypnotist takes the subject deeper, the relaxation gradually spreads to more significant muscles. Often, this takes virtually no time at all. A skilled practitioner can lead subjects down to trance states sufficiently deep that the sound heard is exclusively that made by the hypnotist. Once you reach this point, hypnotic suggestion comes in, with instruction to the unconscious mind becoming possible. The trance can deepen even further until the subject can forget specific moments andfind themselves unable to feel particular bodily parts if asked.
Past that you enter the realm of hallucination and altered perceptions; you can eventually achieve a state akin to that found via anesthesia. Subjects might go through various medical procedures at this point without feeling pain. Conversational hypnosis like the Underground Hypnosis program won’t take anyone quite that far; but you don’t need it to. In the majority of cases, the lower degrees are more than sufficient.

No time at all — a little reading, a few hours to practice the techniques you’ve read about, and in no time at all you’ll have quite the new talent. It’s really that easy — the common conceptions are exaggerations.
